牛油杏仁餅
老公喜歡在下午茶時段吃牛油酥餅配紅茶, 所以今天就做牛油餅吧.
以前我曾經烤過牛油杏仁餅, 但是用了杏仁片, 感覺吃不到杏仁的味道. 這次我選用了整粒的杏仁. 我也把牛油成份加多了一點點, 讓餅更酥一點點.
這種餅很容易做, 烤的時間又短. 一會兒就可以享用了 :)
這種餅吃兩三片就飽了, 所以我只做了16片, 剛好一個tray裝滿.
